The Performance Excellence Network is the practice affiliate of the national Malcolm Baldrige Program for organizational excellence sponsored by the US Dept of Commerce.

The Baldrige Integrated Management System is globally recognized as being the definition of world class performance. These principles have been continually refined since the 1980s and awards granted by the National Baldrige Foundation are bestowed on organizations of highest distinction.

Since 2012, I have served on PEN evaluation teams for organizations in the following sectors: healthcare, manufacturing, government and small business.

As a Certified 7 Stage Advisor, I support client organization development efforts with a focus on issues relating to growing workforce capability. These include developing managers and leaders, establishing and sustaining constructive organizational cultures and improving team effectiveness.
